To make your Build Day a massive success, we need to lay the groundwork first. Think of it like turning up to a job site ↠ the more materials we have ready to go, the more actual building we can get done.
HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
STEP 1 ↠ Check your inbox
Keep a close eye on your inbox over the next hour. You will receive two separate emails from me:
Email 1: Your Welcome Pack ↠ This outlines what happens next and walks you through our next steps.
Email 2: Your Thrive HQ Login Details ↠ This contains your login credentials to access your private client portal. Inside, you'll find your pre-work checklist, step-by-step onboarding details, and the direct link to book your 1:1 Strategy Call.
STEP 2 ↠ Look out for your Google Drive Link (Within 3 working days)
I am personally setting up your dedicated, secure Google Drive folder. I will send over your custom Google Drive upload link within 3 working days.
STEP 3 ↠ Upload your assets
Use the checklist inside your Thrive HQ dashboard to gather all your brand assets, website information, service descriptions, and images ↠ upload everything to your Google Drive folder.
STEP 4 ↠ Book your 1:1 Strategy Call
Your Strategy Call happens before your build day ↠ do not skip it! Please book this call for at least 2 days before your Build Day starts. During this call, we’ll dive deep into your website vision, set clear goals, and map out your site's blueprint so I can hit the ground running. You'll find the booking link inside your Thrive HQ dashboard.
STEP 5 ↠ I get to work 🚧
This is where the magic happens! I get straight to work at 9 am, bringing your vision to life. We’ll communicate via WhatsApp for real-time collaboration and feedback, making it a fun and incredibly productive day.
Please Note: When you book an “Build Day”, you are booking my dedicated time and expertise, not a fixed list of deliverables. How much we achieve depends entirely on your completed prep work and your timely feedback throughout the day. I promise to work quickly and efficiently to achieve incredible, tangible results.
STEP 6 ↠ Handover + Support
We’ll wrap up the day(s) with a Handover Call (or personalised video recording), followed by 5 days of dedicated post-build support to handle any small follow-up questions or tweaks.
