MY PERSONAL JOURNEY INTO THE WORLD OF WEBSITES AND BUSINESS SYSTEMS STARTED BACK IN 2009.
I grew up with a father who runs his own construction business —a luxury pool installation and paving company in South Africa. Watching him taught me more about hard work, discipline, and resilience than school ever did.
I watched him graft ↠ HARD! He juggled everything alone, from running the business to site visits, quotes, and pool handovers. I saw the long hours, the weekend work ↠ the time away from our family.
The turning point came when I looked at his website. For an award-winning company, his site was messy, hard to navigate, and didn't showcase his true industry expertise or authority.
The worst part? He was paying a hefty monthly fee for a clunky website that simply didn't work.
I KNEW THERE HAD TO BE A BETTER WAY:
So, in 2009, I decided to teach myself website design just so I could help him. I got to work and built my very first website on WordPress.
I focused on making the site strategic, reliable, and designed to showcase his expertise and build client trust.
I also dived deep into Facebook marketing, testing strategies to see what truly works for the construction industry ↠ where the big focus is on reliability, authority, expertise, and trust.
Today, his website and marketing system work so well that they consistently bring in organic leads and high-value clients. All his marketing efforts are directed back to that website, which does the heavy lifting for him.
A big part of what I do now is because I saw the struggles of a clunky website, inconsistent marketing, and lack of systems first hand.
The industry raised me ↠ and now I get to give something back!

I’m a South African living in a small village in Cornwall, a proud mama to two gorgeous girls, a devoted wife, and a yoga enthusiast who runs on creativity and (a sh*t ton of) coffee. I am a total coffee junkie. And when I say I’m a coffee junkie, I mean it ↠ coffee is practically a personality trait at this point!
I believe in good vibes, a little bit of magic, sunshine, and the joy of simple pleasures, like a great pair of jeans or a walk with my crazy dog, Harley. My happy places? The beach, the mountains, the forest ↠ basically anywhere with fresh air and freedom.
I’ve got a wild child spirit, a gypsy soul, and an intentionally misspelled tattoo that’s as unique as my approach to life and work. You’ll usually find me with messy hair, bare feet, a cup of coffee in hand, and that wild sparkle in my eyes.
My husband is my best friend and co-pilot in this grand adventure we call life.
