Welcome to Jenna Corrigan t/a Designed To Thrive Marketing. These Terms of Service set out the terms on which I provide services and digital products, and the terms under which you use this website. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or booking.

By purchasing any service or digital product from Designed To Thrive, or by using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. ABOUT DESIGNED TO THRIVE

Designed To Thrive is a Google Business Profile management and website design service operated by Jenna Corrigan t/a Designed To Thrive Marketing, based in Cornwall, UK.

2. SERVICES + PRODUCTS

Designed To Thrive offers a range of services and digital products across the following categories. Full details of each current service or product ↠ including pricing, inclusions, and timelines ↠ are set out on the relevant service or product page on this website at the time of purchase.

DONE-FOR-YOU SERVICES

Bespoke, fully managed services where I carry out all the work on your behalf. These include one-time project services and ongoing monthly management services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each service are set out on the relevant service page and in the client agreement issued at the time of booking.

DAY-RATE SERVICES

Focused, intensive work sessions where I dedicate a full day or half day of my time and expertise exclusively to your project. When you book a day-rate service, you are booking my dedicated time ↠ not a guaranteed set of deliverables. The amount achieved depends on the complexity of the project, the completeness of your pre-work, and the timeliness of your feedback throughout the session.

MONTHLY RETAINER SERVICES

Ongoing monthly management services with a minimum commitment period, as stated on the relevant service page at the time of purchase. After the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, the service moves to a flexible monthly rolling agreement cancellable with one month's written notice.

ADD-ON SERVICES

Optional one-time or recurring add-ons available alongside specific services. Full details, pricing, and terms for each add-on are set out on the relevant service page or checkout page at the time of purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Downloadable templates, guides, resources, and recorded workshops available through the Designed To Thrive digital product library. All digital products are delivered electronically and are for personal business use only.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (THE CLIENT)

CONTENT + PRE-WORK

For all done-for-you and day-rate services, you are responsible for supplying all required content, assets, copy, images, and information by the agreed deadline ↠ typically at least 24 hours before your booked session or project start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If content is not provided on time, work may be delayed, rescheduled, or omitted without refund.

TIMELY FEEDBACK

For day-rate services, your prompt feedback throughout the session is essential. Delays in responding during a booked session directly affect how much we can achieve together. I will not be responsible for reduced output caused by slow responses on the day.

For monthly retainer services, timely approval of content and completion of any monthly forms by the agreed deadlines is required. Content not approved within 3 days of submission may be scheduled as approved to avoid delays.

PRE-SESSION CALLS

Where a pre-session strategy or planning call is required as part of a service, attendance is mandatory. Failure to attend may result in rescheduling of the booked session. Details of any required pre-session calls are set out on the relevant service page.

COPYRIGHT + THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

You confirm that you own the rights to all content, images, and materials you provide, or that you have the necessary permissions to use them. Designed To Thrive accepts no liability for any intellectual property infringement arising from content supplied by the client.

4. BOOKING, PAYMENTS + CANCELLATIONS

BOOKING FEES + DEPOSITS

A non-refundable booking fee or deposit is required at the time of booking for most services, as stated on the relevant service page. This payment secures your spot in my schedule and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation. The specific amount is confirmed at the time of booking.

SPLIT PAYMENTS

Where a split payment option is available, the first payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before the service commences, as stated at the time of purchase. If the final payment is not received by the agreed date, your booking may be cancelled and all payments made to date forfeited.

FULL PAYMENT SERVICES

For one-time project services and digital products, full payment is due at the time of purchase. Work on done-for-you services only begins once full payment has been received and all required information has been supplied.

MONTHLY RETAINER BILLING

Monthly retainer services are billed in advance on a recurring basis, as detailed on the relevant service page. Payment is due before the start of each service month. Invoices issued for the current or upcoming service period are non-refundable once issued.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule a booked session, please give me as much notice as possible ↠ and at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time. With sufficient notice, I will work with you to agree a new date. Failure to give 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of your booking and any payments made.

CANCELLATIONS

If you choose to cancel a booking rather than reschedule, all payments made are non-refundable. Your booking holds exclusive time in my schedule that cannot be reallocated at short notice.

For monthly retainer services, cancellation before the minimum commitment period is complete does not void any remaining invoices due within that period. After the minimum commitment, one month's written notice is required to cancel.

REFUNDS ↠ DONE-FOR-YOU SERVICES

Due to the bespoke, time-intensive nature of done-for-you services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact jenna@designedtothrive.co.uk within 7 days of completion and I will work with you to find a fair resolution.

REFUNDS ↠ DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and refunds cannot be issued once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact jenna@designedtothrive.co.uk and I will resolve the issue promptly.

5. LEGAL + GENERAL TERMS

SCOPE OF WORK ↠ DAY-RATE SERVICES

For all day-rate services, the scope of work is determined collaboratively before the session begins and is subject to what is achievable within the booked time. Designed To Thrive does not guarantee specific deliverables, page counts, or outcomes for day-rate bookings. Output is directly affected by the quality of pre-work supplied and the timeliness of client feedback throughout the session.

DESIGN CREDIT

A small, unobtrusive link to Designed To Thrive may appear at the bottom of websites built as part of a design service. If you wish for this to be removed, a fee will apply ↠ details provided at the time of your project. Completed work may also be featured in my portfolio and on social media for marketing purposes. Please let me know in writing if you would prefer your project not to be featured.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ↠ DESIGNED TO THRIVE

All designs, templates, content, copy, systems, and deliverables created by Designed To Thrive remain my intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to you. All underlying tools, templates, frameworks, and processes developed by Designed To Thrive remain my exclusive property at all times.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ↠ DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, templates, and resources are original works by Jenna Corrigan t/a Designed To Thrive Marketing and are protected by copyright. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal business use only. Digital products may not be resold, shared, gifted, distributed, or included in any other product or offer ↠ free or paid ↠ without explicit written permission from Designed To Thrive.

CONFIDENTIALITY

I will not share any private or confidential information about you or your business without your permission, unless required to do so by law. This includes business strategies, financial information, and any other sensitive details shared during our working relationship.

RESULTS + OUTCOMES

Designed To Thrive makes no guarantees of specific results, rankings, leads, or business outcomes from any service. While I use proven strategies and 16+ years of expertise, factors outside my control ↠ including algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity ↠ may affect outcomes. Results will vary between clients.

LIABILITY

My liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or product under this agreement. Designed To Thrive is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from the use of any service or deliverable, or from errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of circumstances beyond my reasonable control ↠ including but not limited to illness, family emergency, technical failure, or platform outages ↠ I reserve the right to reschedule any booked session with as much notice as possible. A full alternative date will be offered at no additional charge.

WEBSITE USE

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. While I aim to keep all information accurate and up to date, it does not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice. By using this website, you agree that Designed To Thrive is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the content published here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of my services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By making a purchase, booking a service, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.

Payment of a booking fee, deposit, full payment, or first invoice for any Designed To Thrive service constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
