My work is bespoke, time-intensive, and built around your specific goals ↠ so please take a moment to read my policy before making a purchase or booking.

DONE-FOR-YOU SERVICES

This covers all one-time project services and day-rate services offered by Designed To Thrive.

Booking Fee + Deposits

A non-refundable booking fee or deposit is required at the time of booking for all done-for-you services. This payment secures your dedicated spot in my schedule and prevents other clients from booking that date or time. Because your booking fee holds exclusive time that cannot be reallocated, it is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation.

Split Payment Bookings

Where a split payment option is available, the first payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable ↠ it holds your date in my schedule. The remaining balance is due before the service commences. If the final payment is not received by the agreed date, your booking may be cancelled and the initial payment forfeited.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your booking, please give me as much notice as possible ↠ and at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time. With sufficient notice, I will do my best to move you to a new mutually agreed date. Failure to give 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your booking and any payments made.

Refunds Once Work Has Commenced

Due to the bespoke and time-intensive nature of my done-for-you services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact me at jenna@designedtothrive.co.uk within 7 days of completion and I will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

MONTHLY RETAINER SERVICES

This covers all ongoing monthly management services offered by Designed To Thrive.

Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of sign-up to secure your start date. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Minimum Commitment + Cancellation

Monthly retainer services have a minimum commitment period, as stated at the time of purchase. During this period, monthly invoices remain due regardless of usage. After the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, you may cancel at any time by providing one month's written notice to jenna@designedtothrive.co.uk. Services continue and invoices remain due during the final notice month.

Refunds

Monthly invoices are non-refundable once the service period for that month has commenced. Cancellation before the minimum commitment period is complete does not void the remaining invoices due within that period.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS + DOWNLOADS

This covers all digital products, templates, downloads, resources, and recorded workshops offered by Designed To Thrive.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the instant digital nature of all downloadable products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, I am unable to offer a refund.

Before purchasing, I encourage you to read the full product description carefully and explore any available demos or previews to ensure the product is the right fit for your needs.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that exceptional situations can arise. If you believe you have a compelling reason for a refund, please contact me at jenna@designedtothrive.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase with a full explanation of your situation. I will review these requests honestly and on a case-by-case basis, but I cannot guarantee a refund will be granted.

All digital products, templates, and resources are the intellectual property of Jenna Corrigan t/a Designed To Thrive Marketing and are protected by copyright. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal business use only.

Digital products may not be resold, shared, gifted, distributed, or included in any offer ↠ free or paid ↠ without explicit written permission from Designed To Thrive. Unauthorised duplication or distribution, whether in original or modified form, is strictly prohibited.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact me at jenna@designedtothrive.co.uk and I will resolve the issue promptly. Technical issues are not grounds for a refund but I will always ensure you can access what you have paid for.
