My Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Policy for 1:1 Services, Audits and Intensives

Your Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your dedicated slot in my calendar, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your exclusive date, meaning I turn away all other potential projects for that time.

Rescheduling Your Project Start Date: I understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule your start date, please provide me with at least 48 hours' notice before our scheduled start time. We can then move your booking to a new, suitable date in my calendar.

Cancellations: Because your deposit is used to hold your exclusive spot, it is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your project at any point, rather than reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.

Policy for DIY Templates & Digital Products

Due to the instant, digital nature of my website templates, they are non-refundable once a purchase has been made. Because you get immediate access to the template files and the accompanying video course, I am unable to offer a refund after the fact.

I want you to love your template! Before purchasing, I highly encourage you to explore the live demo and read the full description to ensure it's the perfect fit for your needs.

However, I understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you feel you have a compelling reason for a refund, please contact me within 7 days of your purchase with a detailed explanation of your situation. I will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
