Do you only work with trades businesses?

While trade and construction experts are my primary focus, I also work with plenty of other local legends!

If you’re a local service provider, a pub or restaurant owner, or a brick-and-mortar business looking to get found and build trust online, you’re in the right place.

My systems are designed to simplify marketing for any local business that wants to turn attention into action ↠ giving you the freedom and time back to focus on your actual work.

What is the minimum commitment for The Local Lead System?

The initial commitment is a minimum of three months. I've found this is the perfect amount of time to build real momentum and for you to see tangible results in your local ranking and lead flow. After this initial period, we move to a flexible rolling monthly agreement.

How does the billing work?

I only work with a limited number of clients each month to ensure dedicated expertise and support.

A £250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in my schedule.

This deposit will then be discounted off your first month's invoice.

You will be invoiced on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month. This helps us ensure your strategy and content are ready to launch at the beginning of the new month.

What is the cancellation policy?

There are no scary lock-ins! After the initial 3-month period, if you ever wish to cancel your monthly service, you can do so at any time by providing one month's written notice via email.

Who handles the content writing and scheduling?

I handle everything for you! I act as your dedicated [full-service] strategist and copywriter ↠ planning, writing, designing, and scheduling your Google Business Profile posts.

You simply review and approve the final emails and posts before they are scheduled to go out.

How do we communicate throughout the month?

You'll have a dedicated WhatsApp group for seamless communication, quick strategy questions, and support during studio hours. Think of me as an extension of your team ↠ I'm here to help you move forward!

Plus, we have a monthly strategy session to review performance, celebrate the wins, and plan the strategy for the upcoming month.

What if I need extra posts or updates during the month?

No problem! Monthly add-ons are available. If you have an announcement, special promotion, upcoming sale, or holiday event to shout about, you can easily add extra, one-off posts to your monthly plan for an additional fee.

What is the process for approving the posts?

Each month, your complete strategy, content plan and written posts will be emailed directly to you for review and approval. This ensures everything is finalised and perfectly aligns with your goals before they are scheduled.
