Every professional trade business needs a custom domain (like www.yourbusiness.co.uk) and a matching email address (like hello@yourbusiness.co.uk) rather than using a generic Gmail or Yahoo account. It builds instant trust with your customers and keeps your branding consistent.

I recommend using Hostinger or Namecheap — they are cheap, reliable, and easy to use.

You can sign up for Systeme.io yourself. They have a great Free Plan to get you started, but for a professional trade business, I recommend their "Startup" plan (about £17 a month). It’s an all-in-one tool that handles your site and your emails. If you choose this, I’ve got easy video guides to show you how to link it all up.

If you’d rather I just "sort it," for £220 a year, I’ll take the tech off your plate. I’ll host your site, set up your email marketing tools, and — most importantly — I’ll do all the "under the bonnet" work to make sure your domain and email are synced and working perfectly. This is invoiced separately to your design project and renews every year.
