Complete your pre-build, upload all your content to Google Drive, and book your 60-minute Strategy Call. This is where we map out exactly what we will build on the day ↠ so we can hit the ground running from 9am.

PHASE 1: BOOK YOUR DAY
The first step is to secure your Build Day! Choose and pay for your preferred day (or days) on my calendar. I recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to give yourself plenty of time for the necessary preparation.
PHASE 2: STRATEGY + PREP
You will receive a welcome email and access to Thrive HQ — your dedicated client dashboard. Inside you will find everything you need: your pre-build checklist, guided prep work, and the link to book your Strategy Call.
Before your Build Day, you will complete your prep work and upload all your content to your Google Drive folder at least 24 hours in advance.
We then have a dedicated 60-minute Strategy Call where we finalise your page structure, review your content, and map out exactly what we will build on the day ↠ so I know exactly what to focus on first to make the biggest impact. This call is non-negotiable ↠ it is what makes the day itself run at full speed.
PHASE 3: THE BUILD
This is where the magic happens! I get straight to work at 9am ↠ bringing your website to life. We communicate via WhatsApp for real-time collaboration and feedback throughout the day, making it a fast and incredibly productive session.
PHASE 4: HANDOVER + SUPPORT
We end the Build Day(s) with a Handover Call (or personalised video recording) to walk you through your completed website and hand over everything you need. Your project also includes 5 days of dedicated post-Build Day support for any questions or small tweaks that pop up.

Build Days must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. This gives you enough time to get everything ready.
A Build Day with incomplete prep is a wasted day for both of us ↠ and I genuinely want to make the most of every minute we have together.
Not at all ↠ think of the template as the blueprint, not the finished house. During your dedicated Build Day, I customise everything to your brand ↠ your colours, your fonts, your logo, your images, and your content.
Two businesses could start from the same template and end up with completely different websites.
What makes yours unique is you ↠ your story, your work, your experience, your reputation, and the way you show up for your clients. That is what I build around.
Everything on this list must be uploaded to your Google Drive folder at least 24 hours before your Build Day begins — no exceptions. If your content is not ready in time, your Build Day may need to be rescheduled. Because my diary fills up fast, I cannot guarantee availability, and in some cases your day may be forfeited.

Do not worry about making this perfect ↠ you are the trade expert, not a copywriter. Simply give me the key information in plain English and I will structure and reword it for your website. The more complete your notes are, the more building we can get done on the day.
About the business ↠ The raw details of what you actually do, how long you’ve been trading, your main area of expertise, and how many people are on your team.
About Page details ↠ Your personal or back story, your company values, and why local clients choose you over the cowboys down the road.
Service descriptions + pricing ↠ A clear breakdown of what you do, one description per service, and any "starting from" prices.
Trade memberships + associations ↠ Badges or registration numbers for organisations you belong to (e.g., Gas Safe, NICEIC, FENSA, Federation of Master Builders, Checkatrade).
Insurance info ↠ Details of your public liability insurance or any safety accreditations so we can show customers you are fully covered and safe to hire.
Customer reviews ↠ The exact text of any testimonials or Google reviews you want featured on your website.
Website contact details ↠ Your phone number, email address, physical address (or service areas), and standard working hours.
Quote request details ↠ What specific questions do you need to ask customers on your website’s enquiry form? (e.g., "Upload a photo of the job", "What is your postcode?").
HIGH-QUALITY IMAGES:
At least 12 high-quality photos ↠ Shots of your completed projects, your team in action, your sign-written vans, or your premises.
A headshot or team photo ↠ Essential for your About section. Customers want to see the real face of the person they are letting into their homes!
Before + after photos ↠ If you have them, upload them. Nothing builds instant trust faster than a dramatic transformation shot.
Phone photos are absolutely fine ↠ they just need to be clear, well-lit, and in focus.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
Domain name ↠ This must be purchased in advance (I highly recommend Hostinger or Namecheap).
Domain & email hosting login details ↠ So I can connect your site and launch it live.
Professional email address ↠ This must already be set up (e.g., hello@yourbusiness.co.uk — no generic Hotmail or Gmail accounts if we want to build instant trust!).
Google Business Profile URL ↠ The link to your live Google listing.
Social media profile links ↠ Facebook, Instagram, or any other professional profiles you use
